Navigating the Future: Seamless, Smarter, Stronger

As positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) technologies continue to evolve, the future of navigation will be defined by systems that not only provide reliable PNT, but also do so in ways that are increasingly seamless across domains, smarter through the use of advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning, and stronger against interference and disruption — enabling operation in unprecedented, threat-challenged environments across both civil and military domains.

This year’s conference will bring together partners from industry, academia, and government to network and exchange ideas about the latest advancements in positioning, navigation, and timing technology. Through keynote presentations, technical sessions, and interactive discussions, participants will examine the path toward a seamless, smarter, and stronger navigation system — one capable of supporting everything from autonomous systems and critical infrastructure to space operations and future mobility.

Join us as we navigate the future together.

Papers for the conference are solicited which address this core theme from all perspectives, including technical, operational, and legislative/regulatory matters.

Complementing the main conference theme, ENC 2026 also welcomes contributions in the areas of:
