From the Airport to the City Center

Vienna offers multiple convenient transportation options to travel from the airport to the city center.

  • City Airport Train (CAT): Connects Vienna Airport directly to Wien Mitte in just 16 minutes, running every 30 minutes.
  • ÖBB Railjet: Offers a frequent, direct connection between Vienna Airport and Vienna Main Station (Hauptbahnhof).

If you are traveling to ENC 2026 from the Netherlands, Germany or Austria and are looking for a more affordable and sustainable travel option, Vienna can be reached by overnight train via the ÖBB Nightjet network. These night trains operate routes with multiple stops across the Netherlands, Germany, and Austria, providing direct connections to Vienna.

Nightjet trains arrive at major Vienna railway stations, such as Vienna Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) or Wien Meidling, both well connected to Vienna’s public transportation system.

Getting around Vienna

Vienna offers excellent public transportation operated by Wiener Linien:

  • Subway (U-Bahn): The subway system consists of five lines (U1, U2, U3, U4, U6), providing efficient city-wide access.

The Austria Center Vienna is easily accessible via Vienna’s comprehensive public transport network. Subway station Kaisermühlen–VIC (U1 line) is located just minutes from the venue, providing direct access from key locations across the city.
